Provides office services by implementing and supporting administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects. This position reports directly to the Office Manager.
Provides CMMI-DEV Maturity Level 3 process consultancy to Kreative clients. Responsible for best practice support to clients, including process development, training, implementation support, internal auditing, preparation and participation in CMMI SCAMPI-A assessment.
Provide daily coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks, manage end-to-end project plans, ensure meeting deadlines, provide administrative and analytical support including collection of data and reporting. Work closely with management to track projects to close.
Will develop requirements for improving existing processes, understand the needs of customers and create applicable business processes, configure custom software tools, assist with knowledge base development, and coordinate audit and audit response efforts.
Will assist the primary Accounting Manager with cash handling, deposits, credit card transactions, invoice processing, billing, report reconciliation, and payroll.
