Will develop requirements for improving existing processes, understand the needs of customers and create applicable business processes, configure custom software tools, assist with knowledge base development, and coordinate audit and audit response efforts.
Provide confidential, professional and administrative support to management and operations staff. Interface with all levels of employees of the organization, management, customers, visitors and vendors. Duties include scheduling of customer deliverable, making follow-up telephone calls, attending client meetings, on-line research, creating spreadsheets and documents, and filing. Extensive software skills, SharePoint a plus, internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required.
